One of the world’s leading Caterpillar dealers, WesTrac, needed to recruit for an array of roles across its NSW & WA branches with a compelling campaign that positioned WesTrac as a desirable place to work.
The campaign needed to have longevity (12+ months) & seamlessly extend into various tactical activities, with communication that focussed on the unmatched value-add a career with WesTrac can provide, effectively setting WesTrac apart from other employers & up weighting WesTrac’s focus on people.
Conceptualising a testimonial based route, we interviewed real WesTrac employees to hear their stories, communicating their feelings about their career in an honest and cut through manner we knew our target audience would relate to.
