Caroma Smart Command identified that, the brand’s credentials – its website – functioned as an online brochure with low traffic and engagement. Our task was to identify the purpose of the website and ensure it appealed to industry professionals in order to engage with the brand and generate leads.
Upfront, we conducted audits, research to identify key user personas and their behaviours. Worked through user flows, wireframe designs, development & SEO optimisation.
