When Jameson came to us with a brief to connect with fans of AFL, the most-loved sport in Australia, they had an existing broadcast partnership with Channel 7 and were making headway in connecting with consumers through sport.
However, we needed to take things a step further and embrace the Jameson brand value of “act like a fan” to truly create a genuine connection with footy fans.The partnership was brought into store through an on-pack promotion, where consumers had the opportunity to instantly win 100s co-branded Sherrin balls daily, along with the chance to win home entertainment sets.
The Idea Shed spearheaded the Pernod agency village and worked closely with the Brand, Connections And Customer Marketing teams to maximise the partnership across all key channels.
In collaboration with the Jameson brand and production agency, we brought the campaign to life through the creation of a TVC, unique social and digital assets, and still campaign imagery.
